IT ALL BEGAN
Once upon a time, a food lover, turned chef heard of a passionate mixologist in a nearby land. She invited him to attend her ball and the stars aligned. He worked his magic all night mixing the most delicious potions and his wizardry with liquor turned a fun gathering into a raucous party.
When the clock struck midnight he disappeared and she was left passed out on her chaise lounge. She woke up in a daze, head whirring with ideas. “You need canapés with these cocktails.” she said, and that is what they set out to do.
The people were amazed at these delightful tipples and deliciously wonderful nibbles and cried for more. Everyone lived happily ever after, if not a little bit tipsy and very full!

Miranda and Carol did a fantastic job of cooking a dinner for my hen do. The food was brilliant, really delicious and everything was super easy to arrange. The suggestions on timings were spot-on and Miranda coordinated with our cocktail making experience to make sure the evening ran smoothly. We didn’t have to do anything on the evening, Miranda and Carol even hoovered at the end of the night, which meant we could all relax! Would highly recommend.

My friend booked Miranda & her team for canapés and small plates as a surprise for my hen do for a group of 19 of us alongside Jon doing the cocktail class. Safe to say this was an incredible day. The food Miranda, Carol and team cooked (all made from scratch, homemade, local produce) was absolutely beautiful looking and tasted SO good. They were working in the kitchen all morning whilst not being in anyone’s way and just cracked on. Everything was displayed so well and all my hens commented on how top quality the food was. Thank you again - want to eat it all over again!

We had a cocktail class with Jon for my friends late hen do & it was brilliant, I loved hearing the history behind the cocktails, Jon explained everything really well & was such a laugh! He had some fun games for us to play in-between each cocktail, I would 100% recommend for any event & for anybody, thanks so much!
